Calle Bio

I am an artist. Throughout my life, I have engaged in artistic endeavors. I have taken art classes since elementary school and conceived a mural at Seminole Trails Elementary School in 5th grade. I was accepted for Visual Arts at the magnet school, Bak Middle School of the Arts. I was featured in various local galleries and even had a B&W print inducted into the Permanent Art Collection at Delaware Valley High school. You will find none of this on my resume but all of it has helped me to become the artist I am today.

As a Penn State alumna, I earned a Bachelor of Design in Interdisciplinary Digital Studio (IDS) and a Bachelor of Arts in Film-Video. IDS belongs to the School of Visual Arts where I took 3-D animation classes which was my initial career interest. To complement my first major, I enrolled in the College of Communications, loving the structure that the film program offered in contrast to my IDS degree. With both degrees, I have given myself the best possible chance in pursuing a career whether in animation and motion graphics or motion pictures.

I am passionate about human equality and the environment. I entered the media industry  to influence culture. I will make a positive difference. I believe that the power of the image cannot and should not be underestimated.
